Morocco imposes wealth tax on the rich to support vulnerable groups


The Newspaper, "the Moroccan events" said that the government intends to make a solidarity fund will benefit the poor and the middle and low income.
The newspaper pointed out that the Fund itself will be funded through the imposition of mandatory Dharbah on high earners, based on the exact criteria define the target groups as well as property that requires the imposition of such taxes as is the case in many countries.
